Do you think they will hire me with "this" resume?

I was a supervisor at a craft store and whenever a person came in and wanted to speak to a manager about getting a job they NEVER got it. The manager doesn't want to be bothered by something ANY ociate can take care of. Applications are usually kept at service desks. Just go there and ask for one.
