I need some answers for my friend...!! fast please answer!! xox?

my friend, her name is kelsey. she weighs 109 and shes 5 foot 4. she told me that aha im not a stalker or anything. so anyways she thinks she really fat and she even told me this one time that she thinks she has anorexia. she said she always tries to make herself throw up. when she said that i thought more of bulimia. but at lunch she always gets either a salad or wrap, but if she gets a wrap she only eats half of it. she says she doesnt eat breakfast, and hardly eats dinner. she wants to lose like 20 pounds and i told her that is totally unhealthy but she said she didnt care she just wanted to be thin. plz help !!!
