What do you have done at your 1st appt?

I go to my 1st trimester appt on aug 4 I will be 9 weeks what are they going to do? when I sch the appt they said that I will be talking to the Dr. he is going to do anything? they said maybe an ultrasound cause i still have brown spotting. what did they do at your 1st appt?
