Does Pine-sol Scented disinfect?

I bought Pine-Sol Scented, a while back, and its almost gone now, but I was just curious of it actually disinfects, or if it just cleans up messes, and deodorizes. I would prefer to have an all-purpose cleaner, that is inexpensive, and disinfects my home. I have a 12 year old child, as well as many pets. I need to keep those nasty germs at bay.
