Read my intro (It's short)! Easy 10 points! Need critiquing?

That's a really well written intro! It has a hook that draws readers in, and also sets the tone for the story. But when you started to cover what happened, i feel you skimmed over it too quickly, but the last paragraph reedeemed that, as it worked really well.
