Tuning guitar-all strings to D#?

There's this song I want to play that has the fifth string tuned to A#, and the rest of the strings tuned to D#. It's a high-pitched guitar part, which means (I ume) that in the case of the lower strings, E and such, it'll be nearly an octave higher. How can I do this on a basic string tuner, and will the tension break my strings?
