Integration question. I need to integrate both (1/a^2+x^2)^2 from +inf to -inf.?

I also need to integrate (x^2/a^2+X^2)^2 from -inf to +inf. The first one seems like a complicated form of a tangent substitution, but the limits of integration screw me up on both. Any help is appreciated.
