Peugeot 106 1.1 fuel filter, W reg, year 2000 - how do I remove it.?

these are pinch and pull type connectors ( cone with white rectangle in them ) apply some pressure on cone towards the filter then press the rectangle in when pressed in pull away from filter watch out for the fuel that come out both bits have a container ready either that or cut and add tubing and clips to the shortened pipes make a good job or loose fuel or even fail mot.
