My face is swolllen from getting my widom teeth out, can i make it better by tomorrow?

i have to take the sats tomorrow and i still look like a freakin chipmunk. i got them taken out thursday morning and the sats are saturday morning. is there any waay to make my face look more normal or am i screwed? ive been puttin ice pack on them every half hour. thanks
