Viruses/Trojans that are not being removed by Spybot or Kaspersky..How to I get these out of my computer?

If your anti-spyware can only detect, but not remove these trojans, you've only got one choice that is guaranteed to work---a virus removal service. Norton has one (VSS), and any place that sells computers can do it also (eg--Geek Squad).
