Are there still Monarchists who believe the Queen should have the powers that she would have had 600 years ago?

From what I've read,they want the monarchy to have more power and say,but they don't want an absolute monarchy.They believe that Parliament is an effective check and balance to keep the monarchy from being too powerful.
