Can I loose this much this fast or is this unhealthy? 1069?

I think that's a lot of exercise to do every day... it's good to be active, but maybe stick to around 1-2 hours of activity a day. Eating around 1200 calories a day is a good plan, especially if you make sure you are getting all of your nutrients and enough protein (meat, nuts, eggs)... but you aren't going to lose that much weight that quickly. You'll lose 0.5-2 pounds per week. So considering August 12th is about six weeks away, the absolute most you can healthily lose is 12 pounds. I know that doesn't sound fun, but that's what is healthy. It's great that you want to change your lifestyle though, good luck with it.
