Facebook block recent activity HELP!?

So you know how the latest facebook shows on EVERYONES newsfeed when you comment on other peoples status updates or like it? How on earth do u block that? Its annoying!! Also when you comment on someone elses album despite deleting it from your wall it shows up on all of ur friends newsfeed as "athena palermo commented on xyz's album" Its so frustrating coz recently I ped silly photo comments on drunken pics that I dont want appearing on everyones newsfeed coz its embarring so please help!
