Grandson's dog bites/yellow lab?

My grandson's dog was hit by a car 2 years ago. The aftermath has caused him to be very aggressive with ANYONE who comes over. He is great with family but I know he will eventually bite, even aggessive towards kids. Does anyone know of an organization who cares for dogs like this. I cannot stand to put him down. Oy vey what a mess. Thanx
