I need to get out of a notice to vacate. It says that the form is legal binding . it hasnt been 30 days yet he?

It says the form is legal binding and that the apartment may be pre-leased anytime after this notice is given. i signed it on the 21st with the intention that i was moving down with my fiance, but its not going to work and he wants to move up here. Its memorial day weekend and altho i left two messages on my apt managers home phone and on the work phone and left a letter in the box, i cant get ahold of her and she wont be in till tuesday. is there any way i can stay. its month to month right now, i havent signed a 6 mo or year lease after my first one was up, i dont wanna lose my apartment and its a few days before the 30th before i have 1 mo to move out. i have to move out on or before June 30th. is there any good helpful advice. i live in kansas and i dont know my rights here as far as being able to have my place back. i owe back rent but my fiance said hed help catch that up and i can get help from other places i just want to know if im allowed to stay. she has other people in line to look at apartments and said she will give me 24 hrs notice if she has to show it but hasnt done so yet and wont be here over the weekend so i can talk to her. please help
