If you quit a previous job for another one but get laid off of the second one-will you qualify for ui benefits?

I was working at a place for 4 years and left for a different job. Unfortunately, I got laid off of the new job within 2 months. Do I qualify for UI benefits and if so, is the previous employer the one who I would get UI benefits from?
