Whats wrong w/ my computer?

I keep getting a warning telling me to shut down the computer & restart it. When im on the internet sometimes the internet unexpectedly quits, or sometimes the computer freezes & the mouse doesn't move. And something about this "debugging" information that appears along the side of the computer (i have a picture of it). I don't know if all this is a hardware problem or what??
