Why are my surface piercings bleeding...again?

So a few months ago, I got the sternum pierced....no problem whatsoever. Healed wonderfully. Then a few weeks ago, I went back to get the surface collar bones pierced. There was hardly any bleeding at all and they seemed to be healing up nicely. Then a few days ago they just started randomly bleeding again. I have been using the H2Ocean stuff on a daily basis. I also have an actual surface barbell in.....not a straight or curved one. I have not caught them on anything and I do not pick or touch them at all. Anyone have any suggestions as to why they could be doing this? Or have any suggestions as to what I can do to stop it? I have heard using tea tree oil but ive used it in the past on other piercings and it did more damage than good. So if anyone can help....please do!
