Canadian Law question?

Ok, I'm studying Canadian Law. I find the courts and such very interesting. But there is however, a question I was asked and I wasn't sure on the answer. In general, we all know if you commit a crime you do the time. Lets say perhaps, if you were convicted of a crime and served time until you were sentenced and you were found not guilty when all was said and done but, commit another crime while being incarcerated. For the crime you committed while being locked up, would you get some time served from being locked up for the other crime you were found not guilty of ?
