I subscribed to airtel 3g but not able to subscribe to the tariff.?

I subscribed to airtel 3g but I am living in Thiruvallur, far from Chennai and airtel 3g is available only in Chennai. I am not able to subscribe to their tariffs and the 3G icon is displayed in my left side of my mobile. Can you help me?
