My XBOX 360 scratched and cracked my disc. Has this happened to anyone else?

At first the disc just became scratched just a little bit by the XBOX. I could hear the disc hit the lens. But now there are a few small cracks around the hole of the disc and it is completely unreadable. Will Microsoft replace the game? This is also my 2nd XBOX because my first one got the 3 red lights so it was replaced under warranty. I'm sure they'll replace the XBOX but I'm not sure if they will replace the game. Anyone else have their discs ruined by their XBOX?
